Welcome to the Catholic communities of St Mary’s, St John Bosco and St Edward the Confessor.
Whether you are a regular parishioner, new to the area, visiting a Catholic church for the first time, or returning after some time away, you are very welcome.
Our parish communities exist to worship God, grow together in the Catholic faith and serve the people of our local areas.
You do not need to have everything sorted out before coming. You are welcome to join us at Mass, sit quietly, listen and participate as you feel able.

Our preparation is personal and flexible. We begin with a conversation, listen to your circumstances and help you find the right next step.
You may download and complete our enquiry form, bring it to Mass, give it to Fr John or return it to the Parish Office. Paper copies are also available in church.

The form is simply a first step. It does not book a sacrament or commit you to a date. If you cannot find a baptismal certificate or another document, please do not delay contacting us. We will explain what is needed.
Becoming Catholic or Returning to the Faith
If you are thinking about becoming a Catholic, returning to Mass or exploring the faith, you are welcome to begin with an informal conversation.
There is no pressure and you do not need to make any commitment before speaking with us.
