Priest: Brothers and sisters, God has set before us life and death, good and evil.
Let us place our prayers before Him with trust and humility.

For the Church throughout the world:
that she may remain faithful to the teaching of Christ,
calling all people to conversion of heart
and to the fullness of life in Him.
Lord, hear us.

For those who govern nations and communities:
that they may choose what is just and right,
protect human life and dignity,
and work for peace and reconciliation.
Lord, hear us.

For all who struggle with anger, broken relationships, or temptation:
that they may be strengthened by God’s grace
and find healing, forgiveness, and new beginnings.
Lord, hear us.

For this parish community:
that we may live with integrity,
letting our words and actions reflect
the love and truth of Christ.
Lord, hear us.

For our faithful departed:
that all who have died in the hope of Christ
may be welcomed into the joy of eternal life.
Lord, hear us.

Let us now pause and offer in silence
the prayers we hold in our hearts.

Let us entrust these prayers,
and all that we carry in our hearts,
to the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
