FROM THE PARISH PRIEST

As we enter the week ahead in Ordinary Time, the Church reminds us that holiness is lived through faithful perseverance in daily life. I ask you to keep in prayer, and support by your presence, those preparing for Confirmation by the Bishop. To our confirmandi: this is not simply a ceremony, but a deepening of your baptismal faith and a strengthening by the Holy Spirit. Stay close to prayer, to the Eucharist, and to the life of the Church as you prepare. And to those already confirmed: this week is a reminder that Confirmation is not something we leave behind. The grace of the sacrament calls us, day by day, to live as witnesses to Christ — in our families, our workplaces, and our parish. Let us place the coming week in the Lord’s hands, asking for the grace to remain faithful, generous, and attentive to the work of the Holy Spirit among us. Please keep one another in your prayers.
