Priest: Brothers and sisters, as Christ reveals Himself as the way, the truth, and the life, let us bring our prayers before the Father with confidence and trust.

Reader: For the Church throughout the world:
that she may faithfully proclaim Christ as the only way to the Father, and build up His people as a living temple of faith and charity.
Lord, hear us.

Reader: For our Holy Father, our bishops, and all who serve in the Church:
that they may lead God’s people in truth and holiness, rooted in prayer and the Gospel.
Lord, hear us.

Reader: For all who are searching for meaning or direction in life:
that they may come to know Christ as the way, the truth, and the life, and find in Him lasting peace.
Lord, hear us.

Reader: For those burdened by anxiety, worry, or uncertainty:
that the Lord may strengthen their hearts and lead them with confidence toward the place He has prepared.
Lord, hear us.

Reader: For our parish community:
that we may be living stones, built together in Christ, serving one another and growing in faith and love.
Lord, hear us.

Reader: For the faithful departed:
that Christ, who has prepared a place for His people, may bring them to eternal rest in the Father’s house.
Lord, hear us.

Reader: Let us now pause and offer in silence the prayers we hold in our hearts.
(silent prayer)

Reader: Let us entrust these prayers to the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

All: Hail Mary…

Priest:
Father of mercy,
you have given us your Son
as the way that leads to you.
Hear the prayers we make in faith,
and keep us always close to Christ,
who lives and reigns for ever and ever.
