Opportunities for Young People
Lourdes Youth Pilgrimage 2026 (12–19 July)
Are you aged 16 or over? Join the Nottingham Diocesan Youth Pilgrimage to Lourdes for a week of faith, friendship, service, and pilgrimage. Travelling overland with fellow young Catholics, you will serve assisted pilgrims, take part in the life of the Sanctuary, and enjoy a programme of prayer, talks, and time together. Bursaries are available for anyone who may need financial assistance.
Be a Member of ‘The Team’ at The Briars (2026/2027)
Young adults aged 18–25 are invited to spend a year living in community at The Briars Retreat Centre, Crich. This is a unique opportunity to deepen your faith, receive formation, gain valuable qualifications, and help lead retreats for thousands of young people from across the diocese. Accommodation, meals, training, spiritual support, and a weekly stipend are all provided.
