Priest: Brothers and sisters, Christ looks upon His people with compassion and calls labourers into His harvest. Trusting in His love and mercy, let us bring our prayers before Him.
Reader: For the holy Catholic Church:
that she may faithfully proclaim the Gospel, strengthen the weak, and draw many souls to Christ. Lord, hear us.
Reader: For our Holy Father, Pope Leo, Bishop Patrick, priests, deacons, and all who serve the People of God:
that the Lord may strengthen them in holiness and bless their ministry with abundant fruit.
Lord, hear us.
Reader: For an increase in vocations to the priesthood, diaconate, and religious life:
that generous men and women may answer Christ’s call to labour in His harvest.
Lord, hear us.
Reader: For our country and for all who exercise authority:
that they may work for justice, uphold the dignity of every human person, and seek the common good. Lord, hear us.
Reader: For those who have drifted away from the practice of the faith, and for all who feel lost or burdened:
that they may encounter the mercy of Christ and return to the sacraments. Lord, hear us.
Reader: For the sick, the housebound, and all who suffer in body, mind, or spirit:
that the compassion of Christ may bring them healing, strength, and peace.
Lord, hear us.
Reader: For our parish community:
that nourished by the Eucharist and strengthened by grace, we may become faithful labourers in the Lord’s harvest. Lord, hear us.
Reader: For the faithful departed:
that having been reconciled to God through Christ, they may enter the fullness of eternal life.

Priest: Heavenly Father, You carried Your people on eagle’s wings and reconciled us to Yourself through the death of Your Son. Hear the prayers we make in faith and grant them according to Your holy will. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
