All parishioners are warmly invited to the annual Churches Together Worship Service, which this year will be hosted at St. Mary’s Church on Sunday 28th June at 4:00pm, the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul.
Christians from across our local community will gather in prayer, Scripture, worship, and thanksgiving. Okiemute will lead the service, and members of our parish choir will join with others in providing music throughout the afternoon.
As Catholics, we are called to pray for the unity for which Christ Himself prayed: “that they may all be one” (John 17:21). While we remain faithful to the fullness of the Catholic faith, occasions such as these provide an opportunity to witness to Christ, deepen mutual understanding, and pray together for our community.
It would be wonderful to see a strong representation from our parish. Please do come along and support this gathering through your presence and prayer.
